OUR MISSION
To honestly manufacture and supply quality ferrous and non-ferrous industrial fasteners and machined components, on time, to customer’s satisfaction and at a profit.
Robb and Carter was founded in 1948 and is a family-type Business, with a reputation built on integrity, quality, precision and service. In 2010, Rods Engineering was purchased and incorporated.
We are a production and jobbing machining company specialising in industrial fasteners and machined components generally from 20mm diameter upwards for the railway, mining and construction sectors.

QUALITY CONTROL
The Company runs a strict in-house Quality Management System based on ISO 9001: 2015. This ensures total traceability on all jobs flowing through our manufacturing processes.
Robb & Carter’s customers have come to rely on the superior quality of products that has been supplied to them. It has ensured good longstanding business relationships, some of which have their roots dating back to the 1950’s.
The company has always had an effective informal quality management system of which the focus was on quality and full traceability. In 2018, a documented Quality management system was approved by management that is based on ISO 9001: 2015. Although the company is not ISO registered, the ethos of the standard is strictly applied to all our manufacturing processes.
We have a fully functional inspection room under supervision of our QC Officer, Dustin Rudman.
